During my initial assessment at RW I sensed that the staff were professional and passionate. Over the next 2 years this was confirmed in the way I saw them interact with clients and the care and knowledge they display. I’ve gone from, at risk of not being able to perform my duties in my landscaping business to being in the best physical shape of my life thanks to this amazing team. I regard the one on one attention and understanding of each individuals needs as one of the biggest reasons for successful rehab and prevention of further injuries.
I don’t think I would have recovered as well mentally, emotionally or physically if I hadn’t been attending my sessions with Sarah. The last 3 years have been quite a battle but eased immeasurable by the care and concern shown by all at Recover Wellbeing – their name says it all.
I came across Recover Wellbeing’s Online Community during lockdown and it made such an enormous difference to my state of mind, general fitness and coping mechanisms for the difficult times we are living in. Do yourself a huge favour and get in contact with them, you won’t regret it.
