What are the benefits of Pilates?
Almost anyone can benefit from Pilates, regardless of age or fitness level. It can be tailored to individual needs, making it suitable for beginners to advanced practitioners. People recovering from injuries or dealing with chronic conditions can also find relief through Pilates. When done properly Pilates helps to align the body, correct imbalances, build mind/body connection through concentration and breath as well as strengthen, lengthen and tone the muscles. It should leave you feeling invigorated, not exhausted!

Do you have reformer Pilates?
The reformer is just one of the pieces of the studio Pilates range. We have a reformer, trapeze table, wunda chair and ladder barrel, as well as various smaller apparatus. You will get to experience a variety of equipment during your sessions.
