Frankincense – oh baby!

There is a reason why this bad boy is considered the King of Essential Oils, but before I get too ahead of myself let me just quickly clarify what essential oils are for those of you who might not know.

Essential oils are tiny aromatic compounds found in plants that are SUPER potent once steam distilled or cold pressed into the bottles you see. Pretty simple right? These precious gems are FAR from simple! They have complex chemical profiles which have led to them being used for centuries for their healing qualities. Today, they provide us with an amazing natural and effective alternatives to empower our health care at home – amazing little gems!

Why is Frankincense the King? Frankincense has a HUGE chemical profile, meaning – it does lots of things! A snapshot of some of Frankincense’s benefits:
– Anti viral
– Anti inflammatory
– Anti fungal
– Anti bacterial
– Supports neurological function
– Promotes cellular health and regeneration
– Crosses the blood-brain barrier

Frankincense has saved my butt on numerous occasions when I’m stressed, unwell, hurt myself or if I simply don’t know what other oil to use. Frankincense has helped me to avoid infections with cuts, assisted healing torn ligaments in my ankle, calmed me down when my emotions are a little on the crazy side, helped heal an ear infection, gotten rid of a wart on the bottom of my toe, eased headaches and reduced skin blemishes.

I love, love, LOVE this oil!

If you’d like to get your hands on some, don’t hesitate to get in touch. This month only as a special for Christmas I can help you to get your hands on a bottle for freeeee – who doesn’t love freebies?!
