To promote cellular regeneration, antioxidants are a must.
Enter my latest smoothie concoction – (inspired by celebrity bombshell J Lo’s super simple, antioxidant-packed diet)!

Note: If you’re looking for a protein powder, I personally like the brand Sunwarrior. (I’m not affiliated). It’s vegan, it’s clean (no gross additives) and it’s digestible. If you must choose a whey powder, I highly recommend you find one that is from grass fed, organic sources. Whey is very high up on the hidden allergies chart and it’s not always the best for digestion, so think twice before buying. If, like me, you are not a vegan, you can still choose a vegan protein. They are a great supplement to a balanced omnivorous diet.


2 handfuls of one or all: blueberries, blackberries and strawberries
2 tablespoons of plain coconut yogurt or coconut milk (from the can)
1 scoop of protein powder
2 scoops collagen powder
1 handful of broccoli sprouts or kale
1 pitted date
1 tbsp hemp seeds
Enough water to create your desired viscosity

Simply blend all the ingredients together on high, then serve in your favourite jar and enjoy!
